Align Yoga
This is not your average Vinyasa class. You will work and sweat, but you'll learn how to access powerful poses through precise movement. This vinyasa flow class will get you deeper into all areas of your body through subtle and specific alignment cues. This practice winds down with a few longer held poses to open up the hips, hamstings or shoulders and finishes with savasana.

This class combines dynamic bodyweight exercises, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and mindful breathing to work your body from head to toe. This class will increase your strength, endurance and flexibility and leave you feeling strong, empowered and energized!

Easy Like Sunday Morning Yoga
Yin is a slow and passive practice, where we hold poses for several minutes and stretch the connective tissue around the joints. Connective tissue responds best to a slow, steady load. If you gently stretch connective tissue by holding a yin pose for a long time, the body will respond by making them a little longer and stronger—which is exactly what you want. The pace of this practice allows you to really connect with your breath and slow down your mind.
